Established Virgosys Software in Bangalore, has its custom software development firm and software applicatio development center in Bangalore. the silicon valley of India in the year 1994 with a vision to make it a world-class company capable of delivering world-class software and in the process to provide employment to hundreds of his countrymen.
Since fifteen years Virgosys has been providing services in software consulting,information technology consulting and software product development to many offshore clients. Virgosys has strong software development partners. Being in line with his vision, he along with his team of dedicated software personnel are now developing System/Application Software for clients in various countries such as the United States Of America, Canada, Saudi Arabia & Sri Lanka to name a few.
The fledgling company started in 1994 with only two software engineers has gone on from strength to strength and now employs over 25 software personnel and has channel partners all over the world.
Rajiv is the key Architect of “Schookee”, Key to Management, a web based multi-lingual School Management Software that can be customized to suit the management needs of any institution in any country in any corner of the globe.
Established a channel partner network world wide to promote and sell Schookee.
Now Rajiv along with the CEO’s from a few other software companies has taken the lead to setup a forum for the small and medium scale software companies to achieve quality certification. The forum is called SME-SIG (Small and Medium Enterprises - Special Interest Group). The goal of SME-SIG is to have at least 150 of its members achieve CMM Level 5 by the year 2007 and in the process take Indian IT Industry to the top.
He is a friend to his employees, always having a ready word of encouragement and a guide whom one can look to.
He is the Chief Technical Officer for RAZ INFOSYSTEMS FZC, Sharjah.
He has a Bachelor Of Engineering degree in Electronics & Communications from Bangalore University.

Patrick Conlon has a diverse twenty five year career in technology Sales, Sales Management and Marketing The last four years have been spent managing Indian off shore software development projects. During his career he has worked with Fortune 500 organizations and with small web design firms. A hallmark of his success is cultivating long term, partnering relationships with all parties, in a business engagement.
Communication is the core value that Mr. Conlon brings to the table. During all projects, his role is to bridge the gap between Indian and American cultures.He remains involved for the life of all engagement, observing both sides insuring that all sides are understood.
